2017 “Be Strong, Go Gold” Gala
We told you to save the date (Saturday, October 14, 2017) for our second “Be Strong, Go Gold” Gala. You did.
We told you it was going to be great (appetizers, drinks, dinner, silent auction, live auction and dessert dash). It will.
We told you to wait till spring for the tickets to be available. You waited longer.

Last year at our inaugural event, we raised over $75,000 for the Avery Huffman Defeat DIPG Foundation. All proceeds raised by the AHDDF go to research and funding to find a cure for DIPG, the deadliest form of pediatric cancer, the disease that took Avery at the much too young age of 7, after a 7.5 month battle.
This year, our goal is to raise over $100,000, and thanks to your support, we think we will blow past that!
This year’s event will be held at the award-winning Rock Creek Gardens in Puyallup. Nestled among the trees of Puyallup, WA, Rock Creek Gardens is a timeless, 20-acre private estate that blends Northwest and English garden landscapes.
We hope to create even more awareness for DIPG as we host the “Be Strong, Go Gold” Gala for the second time. There are some great items available for silent auction and some memorable experiences that will be available through the live auction (Seahawks memorabilia, UW and WSU tickets, Hollywood Experiences, Wine Tasting Experiences and much, much more).
